But somewhere in 2007, life became easy and business started growing at Harsha Enterprises by producing Butter Scotch Nuts and Ice cream Stabiliser / Emulsifier blends. This revolutionary change just took place when we were offered to develop a premix for Waffle cone and eggless premix of Belgian Waffle with a challenge to make it more superior than a product with Egg.
Yes, the success of egg-free product boosted us to accept challenges to develop series Eggless Premixes. This resulted in a new trend and a new market for serving Eggless Belgian Waffles, eggless Brownie Belgian Waffle and other similar products in the industry.
We owe a huge thanks to one of the Food Industry Stalwart for guiding us through this awesome journey, and we hope that he will continue to be a part of our story. We have recently applied for Patent for Eggless Belgian Waffle Premix.
